Cancellation Policy on Room Reservations:
- Cancellation 7 days or more before the arrival date: Full refund
- Cancellation within 7 days of the arrival date: 50% of the total room cost will be retained
- No-show or cancellation on the day of arrival: No refund
Cancellation Policy on Activities and Tours:
- Cancellation 48 hours or more before the scheduled activity/tour: Full refund
- Cancellation within 48 hours of the scheduled activity/tour: No refund
Cancellation Policy on Special Events:
- Cancellation 14 days or more before the event date: Full refund
- Cancellation within 14 days of the event date: No refund
Refund Processing:
- Refunds will be processed within 3 working days from the date of cancellation.
- Refunds will be issued through the same mode of payment used for the booking.
